The stadium contract - good through 2025 - has a caveat:  everything about the stadium from seats to playing surface must rank in the top 25% of all NFL stadiums.  If not, the Rams can opt out.

i don't even understand what that means.  how do you know if your seats or playing surface are in the top 25% of the league?  do you take a poll?  how much you spent?
