Wasn't it reported that the Eagles re-bid for Moss after the Pats made their offer to make sure it was higher and better than the Pats?  Didn't work, but I'm a fan of that kind of action that shows they were at least in the game and trying their hardest to win.

What that means to me is it takes two to make a deal, and the eagles were doing their part.  Based on that, I'm not ready to write off the FO this off-season as they try to find a "play maker."

At least not until Brown, Curtis, and Hank are your Eagles starting receivers...

I refuse to believe Russ kicks his dog

True. I only steal cripples' arms from them and hit them in the face with them. Dogs? Off limits.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Quoteeagles trade lito for a high 2nd round pick. they use 1st round pick for a Olineman and then 2nd round pick on a CB.

agree on Lito, except I think they go safety with the 2nd pick

Munson

I feel like this was posted already but just incase...

Mort reported that in addition to offering the Bengals a trade, the Skins also offered a trade to the Cardinals. A 1st and 3rd for Boldin, with the 3rd next year potentially becoming the first. And the Cards said no.

If that's what it's going to take, I just lost that .02% of hope I had. No way the Eagles give that AND Lito up for him.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Mort also mentioned the Eagles in the Alexander sweepstakes.  Said that he's a good fit as a split back in the WCO

so according to mort over the past 24 hours the Eagles have been interested in Johnson, Allen, Boldin and Alexander.

... and the draft will pass and none of those guys will be Eagles.

Nonsense. Alexander will be an Eagle because he is the least likely of that bunch to be even remotely productive.

dont worry we'll get boldin no problem, but then something like this will happen to him in the first game...

HOLY HELL!
I've got an idea--an idea so smart that my head would explode if I even began to know what I'm talking about.
