just like last night flyers were given the game on a silver platter by the refs and choked it away...they have no one to blame but themselves now

yep, the difference is Washington steps up

So im thinking 5-1 Caps at the end

the worst part is no team gets set up by the refs without the other team getting something in return...so you can expect the caps to get if not a 2 man advantage at least the next two or three pp's in the game...thats the negative of getting 2 man advantages and why you must take advantage

i actually thought things ere going to be much, much worse than this at this point, so i'll take it.

versus might have the worst sports coverage in history, though.  they don't even pretend to hide their bias - in fact, they seem to revel in it.  they've learned well from espn, i guess.

Speaking of which a few weeks ago rumors surfaced Tortella might be interested/Snider wants Tortella.  I'd do that in a heartbeat.  He's an icehole, and has a cup.

benninati said when the caps killed the penalty that the knowledgable fans in dc gave them an ovation...like they are great fans cause they realized how big it was to kill a 2 man advantage

the only reason the caps know there's a game on is because the jumbotron constantly flashes when to cheer in that place.
