I'd rather give up less like Lito and the Eagles 2nd or Abiamiri but if that were the deal I could live with it.

Allen would be pretty sick on this defensive line, the only problem then would be depth at DT.  I would think Lito and a 2nd is better than a 1st and a 3rd from Minnesota.  I wouldn't give up much more than that.
