If comcast would have ever given directv or dish network the rights to broadcast CSN Philly, then all games, home and away...would be in HD. It has very little to do with actual trucks, but with access to a station that is hardwired into a national cable TV grid for HD (very few are, as 99% of the modern TV stations use satelite to relay away games back home).

You seriously believe that a company that owns two sports teams, about a dozen television stations, cable tv for about 1/3 of the US, can't afford a few extra HD production trucks to drive 3 hours?

also of note 3 philly teams are in action tonight. 700-1000 = not moving.

WTF!  I just left the gym and the Flyers were down 2-1.  Get home 10 minutes later and it's 4-2!  There were more people at the gym watching the Flyers game than the Masters and the Cavs/Bulls game - yes even in Hawaii.

It isn't unlike many Flyers 3rd periods this year (Toronto).  Just happens to be in the playoffs...
