Getting Miller was a great move by King. He's been outta his mind and I like listening to the Houston guys down here cry because they wanted him so badly at the deadline.

I always thought he got a raw deal. He was hamstrung by Larry Brown's mess. Brown signed garbage to big deals and King had no wiggle room at all.

Now, I will not absolve King for a few bonehead moves ala Kenny Thomas' deal, but he drafted decent. Brown's drafts were trash.

King was not horrible at all. I love Cowherd's show on ESPN Radio, but he always kills King as the worst GM in all of sports

He was an excellent drafter, his short comings came when it was time to extend a players deal. I give him credit for the current nucleus and for doing what he could with just the mle every season.

a few weeks ago Ed Snider basically gave all the drafting credit to Tony DiLeo, but i think that's BS and it's him trying to not look like he fired the GM that put together this playoff team

But Stefanski is a guy who can really help them build more. I like how he really scouts guys...especially the eurotrash players
