i like the facemask thing...it eliminates all those bogus facemasks where a guys hand brushes the mask or barely touches it...now its gotta be a grab pull and/or twist to be a penalty at all

I like the coin toss thing.  Instead of only being permitted to receive it's good that they'll have the choice now of when to receive it.
