i just checkout out xbox love marketplace and under new arrivals they had BLACK the game from ps2 as a full game download for like 15 bucks. that was the best 1st person shooter i ever played on ps2. downloading it now

hope they make a sequel because that game kicks ass

I was farging around with Madden 08 last night....first time I've played it in a month or so.  I didn't realize that you could play against NFLE teams.  So I went up against the Berlin Thunder for s&g's.

When it was all said and done, the final stats looked something like this:

Eagles:  249
Thunder:  0

Westbrook:  6 att, 202 yds, 5 td
Buck:  5 att, 204 yds, 5 td

McNabb:  95% comp, 1200+ yds, 20some td

Curtis, Brown, Lewis, Baskett, Avant, Westy, Buck, Smith, Schoebel all had over 100 yds recieving and at least a td

Bethel Johnson (ha!):  1 KR, 82 yds, 1 td.  5 PR, 100ish yds, 5 td

Defense had 13 ints (5 ret for td), 4 fum rec (1 td) and 28 sacks.

Also held their offense to something like -140 yds of total offense.

Rediculously fun way to waste an hour last night.

i got Madden 08 from Gamefly a few weeks ago and tried it online tonight for the first time...


i tried 4 games..each time i was the Eagles and the other guy picked the Pats, the best team in the farging game, and each game went the same way:  they get the ball, 3 and out, punt, i score, they get the ball back, throw and pick and quit.  unlike hockey, when the other guy quits, you don't get a win...so you pick the best team in the game, get down one score and you quit?  what a bunch of Romes

new maps for COD4 due on in april sometime, they are going to cost money. videos look awesome. ive been getting sick of the old maps so this is really much needed. IGN hinted that this may be the first installment of new maps, so more to come possibly?

its prob going to be 10 bucks if that. you do understand it won game of the year and they can do anything they want and that prob everyone will bitch about it and still buy it. there isn't a game coming out even remotely as good as COD4.

Rainbox 6 Vegas wasn't that good and the online play wasn't even close. The next one isn't going to be much better. I'd rather play COD4 then buy that game and be bored with it within a month. what else is there coming out? Grand Theft Auto? Thats the kind of game that I can play for a few weeks and then be sick of it cause its impossible to play without cheats. Although fun, im not sure if I'm going to buy it, prob rent it and then buy it used when the price comes down.

I'll play GTA all the time, ive always gotten immersed in all of them.  R6V2 looks sick, i liked the first one, and if they made the improvements that theyve released, ill be really happy to play it, then when infinity ward offers the maps for free in 6 months i'll take a look again.

i'm bored with COD4 now, and i'm not going to pay money to get unbored with it.  i'll get a fresh game and play the shtein out of that.  Rainbow Six is the tits and the story mode was much better than COD4 was.  COD4 had better gameplay, but we'll see what R6V2 did to improve.
