Right, cuz it'd be idiotic to draft an OT when the Eagles have two starting tackles as old as you are.  Oooooooooooooooooooooooooold!

No, it would be infuriating because they don't need one THIS YEAR.  They have bigger needs THIS YEAR than a developmental offensive tackle.

PS: Please fight me.

Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooold!!!!!!!!!!

Are there rumblings that either Thomas or Runyon could retire before the start of camp?

No. And after all of these years, did you know that its RunyAn?

i would be pissed off with taking a tackle because they just traded up to get justice two years ago...i could maybe see tackle this year if they didnt already have one in the systemm...he should filling one of the spots...if they take a tackle this year then they are basically admitting they farged up that pick...even if justice can play and this years pick is a tackle do you really want two first time starters beginning next year (possibly with a first time starting qb)

start justice next year and if you have to sign a veteran FA next offseason for the other spot...i also dont discount ruynon playing next year....that way like romey said you can make a pick this year to address an immediate need
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

Justice has shown absolutely nothing that makes me think he can be a starting tackle in the league.  Wasn't there a GCobb article quoting an unnamed eagle stating that Justice "isn't a player"?  Maybe the light comes on for him this year.  I'd prefer if Runyan keeps playing at this high level and comes back for another few years.

i'm cool with them taking a tackle in the first if they don't think anyone else would make an immediate impact.  wait, do any eagles rookies make an immediate impact?
i guess it all depends on what they think about justice and whether or not they're considering moving herremans back out to tackle once tra or runyan call it quits.

lemonade was a popular drink and it still is

I'd like to see them extend Willie T and Runyan, they're a little long in the tooth but since when do OTs slow down to the point of being ineffective. Its not like they're relying on their athletisism, it's more about technique and strength.

they straight up cut three guys last year before the season started....not practice squad....but outright cut...thats almost unheard of to happen in your draft year...makes it worse that a division rival had like six rookies contribute on a super bowl team

It's not that unheard of. The patriots only kept 2 draft picks of 9 from last year

It was a very thin draft. especially in the secondary.
