The 72 hour time limit to get the deal done is bogus.  If nothing gets done then I'm sure the Mets will be given an extension.

i heard on the radio that the trainer who said Clemens did roids was in court or something and produced a ton of evidence that Roger particpated

He produced syringes purported to have Clemens' DNA plus bloody gauze and stuff.  What's unclear is why he kept needles and bloody gauze from another dude for eight years.

Clemens did admit to being injected, so the needles actually existing are not surprising. Except for the creepy guy who keeps boxes of bloody needles.

supposedly the the needles that have his DNA on them have steroid residue in them as well

same here IGY, always loved the player, but he's as much of an ass as bonds and deserves a similar fate

i dont have vitrol for him or bonds and i dont think they deserve to get anything...in fact i think all this witch hunting of players is a disgrace while selig goes before congress and get lauded for the stricter testing hes implemented??...outrageous

i just want clemens to be found guilty because i think it would be funny after he went so far out of his way to deny it...bonds at least mostly just doesnt talk about it...but clemens went on an actual crusade to say he didnt do it...and he may not have but how funny would it be if after all his flamboyance he was found guilty

i wouldn't say Selig got lauded in front of Congress, he got hammered pretty good.  but he doesn't get the hate from the fans that the players do, for sure
