apparently Spikes was with him and agreed, which is funny, because his position is one that could be upgraded with a playmaker

He's not the big time playmaker he was but dude can still play.  And I think his 2nd year in JJ's scheme will be a pretty good one.

BTW, I wonder if TKO complains about his shoulder as much as Seabiscut does.

ice grillin you

at this point in his career i still think takeo should play the middle...and try and upgrade the outside spots...tho i obviously wouldnt be against getting a stud at any of the three spots

he had a decent year, but forced no turnovers and had 1 sack i think, he def could be upgraded, that's why i thought it was funny

Seabiscuit has a bad shoulder?
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

I appreciate the irony of his statement as well.  I just wanted to argue with you.

Spikes was guest-hosting on a local radio station here and they had Westbrook call in.  Like IGY said, he mentioned the need for playmakers on offense and Spikes was backing him up.  It was pretty funny though at one point, Westbrook mentioned defensive playmakers as well... Spikes went kind of quiet.

ha....look who found jobs in the new All American Football League:

Darnerien McCants (#38 overall to Tennessee)
Freddie Milons (#91 overall to Alabama)
Tee Martin (#95 overall to Tennessee)
Rod Smart (#215 overall to Tennessee)

(This league also has Peter Warrick and Chris Leak on the Florida team, which is coached by Shane Matthews.  Sounds like a winner....)

I just caught McNabb talking about Tom Brady and how dominant he is and it made me exceptionally angry.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

From what I've been reading, the McNabb appearance is brutally boring and they've been discussing Tiger Woods and Kobe-vs-LeBron

Coaching updates:

Sean McDermott => secondary coach (after a year of coaching the LBs)

Bill Shuey => linebackers coach (from defensive quality control)

Otis Smith => asst. secondary coach (from secondary intern)

Mike Caldwell => defensive quality control coach (from training camp LB intern)

I've been dropping into the kitchen at the office to check it out and I can concur. Hideously boring. Shouldn't McNabb be in arizona or something. Rehabbing or doing situps or blogging about his deepest thoughts?

Apparently the only noteworthy thing was that McNabb got mad when Skip said "New England doesn't have a Winston Justice"

ice grillin you
