I don't think the Eagles need an upgrade at WR but if Roy Williams could really be had for a 2nd rounder I'd offer that up with a 4th with the quickness. SF's 2nd is obviously higher so Lions would prefer that one over just the Eagles 2nd.

then if he begged his way into a trade to the eagles, banner and company would tell us the fans how they made the move they needed to and always do so every offseason.

The Eagles for all their talk about "knowing they need to upgrade the WR position"... there's no way they can afford to let a player like Williams go elsewhere for only a 2nd rounder.

If they did... it'd make it painfully obvious that they had no intention whatsoever of upgrading.  The price tag doesn't get much cheaper than that for a player like Williams... unless you're the Patriots.
