it appears Stefanskis move is paying off getting rid of 6th man Korver for Giricek. In four games, hes failed to score more than 6 points in a game. Not that sixer fans were expecting anything from him anyway.

Keep moving up the draft chart

Huge loss with Chicago being so close in the standings. Sammy with 20/20 against Big Ben.

they still have a long ways to go to get a nice amount of lotto balls. gotta keep this up.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

does anyone know the potential list of free agent point guards for this summer...i wish i knew as im torn on whether to deal miller before the deadline or not...hes not gonna be around when they win but at the same time i dont wanna be the clippers where you have all young players who dont know how to be a pro's and the team is just a leaderless mess with young guy after young guy not developing and then you end up in a vicious cyle of replacing failed number one picks with new number one picks...i think having miller around for another year can help prevent that

I'm pretty sure that's Stefanski's dilemna, I think it all comes down to getting an offer for Miller that irresistable.

Get Arenas.

Let him be the stud Iggy needs he was talking about in his blog.

SD_Eagle5

I hope they don't sign Arenas, that would be a huge waste of money.

I think Arenas is a better shooter than Iverson but Iverson is definately more athletic and is a much bigger threat to go to the basket and better all around playmaker.

Dillen

Even though the Sixers will have a ton of cap room, there aren't a whole lot of players that would be worth a ton of money. The "top" guys like Arenas, Brand, Marion etc wouldn't be worth it.

There are 3 players I'd go after. Emeka Okafor, Josh Smith and Jose Calderon. I'm not a huge fan of Okafor because it seems he's learned almost nothing on the offensive end in his career, but he's a strong athletic PF/C who rebounds and blocks shots. A 15/10 guy at PF would be great for the Sixers. Smith is obviously really athletic and a good rebounder/shot blocker who could easily play the 4 on a running team like the Sixers are (should be) developing into. And finally Calderon is super efficient, high assist total, low turnovers, good shooting % and a good 3 point shooter. I'm not sure how much I'd pay for these guys, but I'd rather dish out $9M to either one of them instead of Iguodala. Calderon probably won't get away from Toronto considering TJ Ford's issues though.

the Spurs were playing around with the Sixers until about 3 minutes to go and then they went into championship mode and blew their doors off...yuck
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.
