Britney went nuts again

Not to state the obvious or anything, but I'd still hit that.

Latest is that she's lost all visitation rights to the kids and she's been released from the mental ward a day early.  Party time!

Besides the comedy specials, Lewis Black has been in a few movies too.  He was Uncle Ben in "Accepted".

Currently bored, so I'm watching "High Plains Drifter" for maybe the thousandth time on AMC.

They just had an ad for a sound amplifier for the hearing impaired.  I shtein you not, the big selling point was that you could listen in on the neighbors.  What farging idiot adman thought spying would be a good selling point for a hearing aid?

I've seen that ad several times and every time it makes me want to kick in skulls.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

I worked for that company when they launched it.  It's pretty good vodka..made from grapes rather than potatoes or grain..but basically it's just a gimmick.  Good vodka is surely better than rotgut vodka, but the taste/quality ceiling can only go so high for a product made as easily (steel vats anyone) and quickly as vodka.

For my money, Tanqueray Sterling Vodka is the best value.

I'll have to try the Sterling. Right now I have a big bottle of Reyka, which is okay for a change.

Vodka from the U.S., except for the stuff with specific flavorings, is pretty much all the same crap. If I'm going to make basic mixed drinks, or something like Long Island iced tea, where the actual flavor of the vodka isn't important, I'll go for the cheapest domestic stuff I can find.
