Did anyone read any reports on how the field held up?  It LOOKED like it did okay.

But I just heard Brian Baldinger just said its the worst field in the NFL by FAR.

I thought the Steelers field was in really good shape this week, given the conditions in Pittsburgh on Sunday night. The Monday nighter two weeks ago was a full-fledged freak game, though. Easily the worst field conditions I have ever seen (maybe excepting some Vet preseason games).

Baldinger's a farging douchebag.  The field looked excellent on television on Sunday.  You didn't see anyone slipping and sliding.  Quite the contrary.  He just takes any opportunity he can to rip the Eagles, and although there's plenty to rip on, the field, at least as it played last weekend, isn't one of them.

Also - Joel... is John Betts the guy you know from Stockton?  I went to high school with him in Ocean City.

the thing about the field is a players poll where they ranked like 23rd or 24th in the league...clearly where one of the top valued teams should be ranked
