Comparing the "qualities" of Considine and Lewis is like arguing over which bucket of piss is the warmest.  For the sake of argument let's just say that Lewis was less lousy and move on because neither one of them will likely ever play another down for the Eagles.

they still have reed but hes a cripple and i cant imagine him getting any significant playing time...he cant play safety now and he has no future...so why run him out there....i dont think paschal or any other guy has a long term future at starting safety but you never know...where as with reed you do know exactly what you have...plus you might find yourself a quality back up

I'm speaking figuratively.  But I would argue that Reid is pretty farging cavalier.  He's not of the flaunting variety, but his brazen refusal to alter course is downright Bush-like.
