Name the character, who he's referring to and why he was saying something resembling this:

"He knew I loved him, but he never knew I was IN love with him"

That's a pretty generic quote, I'm pretty sure those words have come out of Homer's mouth in at least two different scnarios.

Stop getting jealous over the fact you that someone else is a bigger simpsons nerd.

It's true, its generic, but he nailed it. It hasn't stood out when anyone else has said it in any other episode.
