Eaton is listed as the probable starter on the Phils' website for tomorrow.

They had him listed as the starter on the bottom scroll during the Pads/Brewers game on ESPN. I can't imagine him going tomorrow with so much on the line. Cholly could throw him out there on a short leash but then you're depleting your BP if he shteins the bed which we know he will. I'd almost rather see Durbin at this point.

The only way the Phillies can be eliminated on Sunday:  2 losses + 2 Mets wins

If the Phils and Mets end up tied, they'll have a 1-game playoff at CBP on Monday for the division title

Depending on what happens with San Diego and Colorado, they could also have 1 or 2 more play-in games to determine a wildcard winner...

The fact that they might make the playoffs is good. But the fact that they are shteintin' all over the Mets to do it is even better.

Phils win the division on Sunday + Eagles tear the Jints a new icehole = NYC is Philadelphia's bitch.

According to ESPN, Mets play at 1, so by the time the Phils start at 4, they'll know if a win means that they'll clinch the division.  We might not have to wait til Sunday...

I woke up this morning and threw on my nameless/numberless Phillies jersey and wore it to work because it's the first time in 2+ years I've been able to wear it and say that the Phils are in 1st place.  I didn't catch the game tonight because it's (a) Friday and (b) Friday so I went out and got hammered....which I still am.  Luckily, I'll be able to wake up tomorrow morning and still say the Phils are in 1st place.

Who would have thought we'd see this on August 26th?  I didn't, that's for sure.

The Phils have been proving me wrong this entire month.  Their destiny is now in their hands.

Hopefully my local Fox affiliate wises up and realizes that the Cubs-Brewers race is over, and plays the @#(&@*&#@*& Phillies game.

And maybe next year Fox actually puts it's other games on Extra Innings, like the weekend NHL and NFL games.
