With the Mets and Marlins in a rain delay, I suppose we should at least be rooting for the Rockies against the Padres.  Right now is 0-0 in the bottom of the 3rd.

Rockies beat Padres.  1.5 games back in both WC and division.  Not too confident with Redman going tomorrow however.

Obviously there's no way they took a dive but six errors + Olsen pitching does make you wonder just for a second.

impressive win...i thought for sure hill would lock them down like he normally does...nice time for his worst start of the year

@ mds - tbs is adding a hd channel just for the baseball playoffs or they are permanently adding a hd station that is starting in time for the playoffs?

Myers has pitched like 4 or 5 days in a row now including the 9th.  But he went through the 9th pretty quickly.  Does Manuel stick with him or not?  

Personally, I say you throw him out there.  1 week left and it's a pennant race, you gotta stick with what got you here.
