Maroth is the only left-hander.
If they're right about Lohse going on Wednesday, he's going on short rest. That really doesn't make any sense because the Phillies have an off day on Monday, and Lohse can get his normal rest by pitching Thursday, Tuesday and Sunday to end the season.
