You don't think this taints their SB wins? Not just against us, but all of them?

I don't.  Personally, I don't think it's a big deal.  I think that if the league allows a team to take cameras on the field then they should be able to use them however they see fit.  I have no problem with sign stealing as long as it's done honestly.

My God is Belichick a child.  He is obviously a loathsome and humorless person.   This is the same guy who wouldn't shake hands with his former assistant just out of spite.  And now he gets caught attempting to cheat in a game against that very assistant.  All of this while he is coach of a team with perhaps the best talent and front office in all of football.  The guy can win fifty Superbowls and would still be a farging loser.

If the Pats got away with it once they've gotten away with it before. Why chance it against the Jets who's a team they should have absolutely no trouble beating without help? As far as I'm concerned they should have a * next to their SBs. I hope Belichick is banned from the league.

Personally, I'd love it for someone to think that an incident like this would taint the Eagles SB victories.

did i miss something?  :-D  Now, the eagles are on that list of teams that have launched complaints against the Pats, you do have to wonder if the Pats did it in the SB.

I really hope the Commish makes the Patriots forfeit the win sunday, Suspends Belicheck for a game or 2 and docks them a couple picks.  Its one thing to have someone watching and relaying info, its a whole other thing when you have a Camera guy with a 50k camera just focusing on the opposing teams signals while your 10 yards away on their own sideline.

Now you can definitely understand why Mcdermott was shielding his calls so much on Sunday.

if you steal signals in baseball, should you have an asterisk next to your World Series win?

All part of the game if your slick enough, but the bad thing for them is they will get docked draft picks in the coming year from Roger Goodell

so lets assume this is a problem bigger than just the Pats...

there was a rule change up for approval in the offseason that would allow the defense to have one player with a communications helmet, but it got voted down.  if all these teams were worried about signal stealing, why not approve that rule?
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

because they arent all worried about it...they all do it and they all will continue to do it...but now that the pats got caught everyone is gonna get all uppity and bitch and moan and try to take superbowls away

Apparently the Pats were one of only 2 teams that did not vote for the Receiver in the the MLB's helmet.  I wonder why?  And PFT is saying that there are reports that D lineman had receivers in their helmets during the 2006 season for the pats.

Reese, It's one thing to watch what the other team is doing and write it down/remember the callsign.  Its a whole other thing when you have basically a spy in your dugout, videotaping with not only a camera, but a really expensive camera.

We all know Andy is too honest to ever try and pull some shtein off like this, though i would have been all for it if it got this team a SB Win
