According to strong rumors the Rams and Simeon Rice are dotting the "I's" and crossing the "T's."

*Rice to sign with Rams.

*Conwell will join team in near future.

*Rams still trying to deal Ryan Fitzpatrick.

As soon as today, the Rams will announce the addition of Simeon Rice.
