I'm hoping he's just there on paper. He might take the first snap, but more of a musical guard kind of a deal. I''m guessing with the cuts coming up, they may have some very specific plays in place for a series to grade Cole out on, and for whatever reason, want to do it with the first team. I guess if this is the case I'd be alright. That fat farg is for every snap in the first quarter, I'll be pissed. MJG needs to be in there - a lot.

I don't know that he sucks, I just think he may be more of a project/prospect that many may have thought. Remember, there were supposedly several teams interested in trading something to get him last year? From what I remember, in college Jean-Gilles was more of a run blocker, and he was a beast at it. I believe the knock on him may be his pass protection was a bit weak.

I'll say this, Jean Gilles has a much better shot at becoming a part in the starting offensive line that farging Nick Cole, even if he is a work in progress. Get him game experience against a first team defense in a real game situation.

Gocong and Gaither getting gashed by Parker, shook Gocong right out of his shoes.

D does a good job of collapsing the pocket, Rotheburger makes a dumb pass, and Scrap iron with a pick!

The pressure has been good though. Gocong really should have gotten Wilson and not went after Roethlisberger, but he had a real good shot at the sack. Then obviously on that play Considine, Gocong and Patterson all got in there. Really stupid play on Roethlisberger's part.

People are going to need to realize Gocong is going to make mistakes. He's never played LB before. Until he starts costing them big points he'll stay in there. He's the most athletic LB and best blitzer potentially they've had in years.

That series was farging stupid. 3rd and 18, Reggie got a 15 yard cushion on the outside. Just give it to him and let him get as many yards as you can, he's good after the catch.

Awesome defensive series there, keeping the Steelers pinned. Considine would have had a safety had Ben not gotten rid of the ball when he did.

I don't think Westbrook is hurt. They've just been spreading the ball all around.

Avant is looking real good in the #3 role. Curtis with a bad drop near the goal line.
