One more thing -- I think the Phils are utterly incapable of "manufacturing" a run.

And now Gordon can't get the ball over the darn plate.

Geowhizzer

Rooting for Philadelphia teams is going to kill me someday.

Gordon threw about 30 pitches in the 9th 2 of them being strikes and somehow got the save. He sucks. Balls.

I actually favored Mesa

Eaglez

Yeah. Gordon got some help with Atlanta swinging at some bad pitches. I don't think he threw a strike -- Atlanta was just impatient.

A win is a win, but Gordon is scaring me right now.

Eventually Myers can pitch on 3 days in a row, and odds on need your close 4 days in a row are slim. So this shouldn't be too bad, that is, until Gordon blows a game in the 8th.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Rome

There was a group of Braves fans at the Pub tonight who were pissing and moaning in the 9th over the balls & strikes calls.

I had some fun with them.

It was entertaining to me and those around me.  You all care.

ice grillin you

there were a couple brutal calls for them in the 9th...normally the ump calls the low strikes OR the high strikes...in that 9th inning he called strikes on balls that were too high and too low
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

PoopyfaceMcGee

Without the generous calls, Gordon may not have thrown any strikes whatsoever.

ice grillin you

he looked to em like he was hurtin...like he couldnt come over the top with that shoulder...but his velocity was at 92-93 which isnt bad at all
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

Is it wrong of me to think Vuk's widow looked hot in that short dress last night?
