Anyone seen a good movie lately?

Black Snake Moan- 6/10   Ricci nekid nothing new.  the rest was meh.  Not even close to Hustle & Flow.  Although the one interesting thing is that Justin Timberlakes character suffered from anxiety which also was the case in the next movie-

Alpha Dog-  8/10  Much more entertaining than I was expecting.

Running with Scissors- 6/10  Could have been much better.  Brian Cox is underrated.  He had a few great lines.  Everytime I saw Evan Rachel Wood I started thinking of marilyn manson.

Little Children- 9/10   very good movie

A first-person monster movie filmed with home video cameras like Blair Witch

Mind Hunters was dribble.

Saw Transformers tonight, it was pretty farging awesome. 4/5.

Transformers was better than I expected but wasn't a great movie.

Solid 6 of 10 for sure.

When they started to get sappy at the end...and Prime said something about it being an honor being with Humans....and when he threw in 'more than meets the eye'....I said farg it. It lost me there.

They couldn't fly? Optimus was a Hoyda most of the movie other than decapitating that one robot.

All starscream had to do was stay in the air and launch missiles at everyone and its game over.

By the way, where the farg are all of the autobots at? Only 5? Weak.

Bumble was supposed to be a Bug, not camaro.

No soundwave. Megatron should have turned into a hand gun that Starcream would shoot....and again...where was Soundwave?

Entertaining with all of the army stuff....but all of a sudden some hacker knows its a language where the geniuses from the Pentagon had no clue?

Agree completely.  The surprising thing was that Timberlake can actually act.  That farger.

I went in expecting a zesty plot so that didn't surprise me. I also wanted to see more Transformers but altogether there were 9 or 10 and how many can you have? The one area I thought they should have improved was less of an emphasis on the humans character development and more on the Transformers. There will be a sequel because if they follow the cartoon Megatron and the Decepticons base/ship is underwater. I wouldn't doubt Soundwave is in the next one.

Megatron isn't a gun anymore because of wussy parents and toy guns being outlawed.  In the recent cartoons, he was a tank or something...

Bumblebee isn't a VW Bug anymore because Volkswagen no longer wants its cars used in war-related media or toys...
