Josh Hancock's family is suing just about everybody because their son was an alcoholic douchbag

the family is also suing tow truck company and driver of the truck Hancock hit as well as the driver of the disabled vehicle that called for the tow truck.


how fast are these suits going to be laughed out of court....they should sue their own son for being a horrible drunk driver

The lawyer said that the driver of the car was negligent and allowed his vehicle to reach a point where it broke down in the highway and couldn't be moved out of the left lane.

that lawsuit would be laughable if the accident involved someone sober and driving safely...but for a guy drunk, speeding, and on a cell phone it becomes insulting
