The other options are Wes Helms and Abraham Nunez. Even though Howard is playing ass, he's still a better option than either of those losers. He should be moved down in the order, probably to 6th or 7th.

Garcia is better than any starter we have in the minors. But if he can bring in significant bullpen help, it would do wonders.
