At the end of the day they ended up with a decent draft imho.  Every player they drafted was a very productive college player, there is something to be said about that.

I'm trying to come around on the Kolb thing - maybe it is in the same light as when they took Lito, Sheldon and M. Lewis, when they had quality guys in those spots already, but I'm really stretching to make it seem like a good thing. They needed a DE and added a decent to good one, Bradley could/should replace Dhani, which CAN'T be a bad thing, and Hunt is finally the big back with some toughness they've needed, which is something I hoped they came away with.

At least they made it interesting, but I am still totally farging pissed we have dick at safety and corner.

I think today's action is a solid win for the Eagles.

Last year we were all popping champagne and holding sparklers in our hands, and it hasn'tworked out so well.  So, using that logic, since today looks like a bust, I expect great things.

Was in the corporate suites for the draft today, cheerleaders were hot. Got Gocong and McCoy's autograph. McCoy is smallish and obnoxious, Gocong was laid back and chill.
Was hanging out in one of the suites and started up a conversation with some guy typing on a laptop, turned out to be Bob Kent who writes for the Eagles website. Nice guy.

Shoulderpad idiot walked by my crowd and I said loud "look at this douchebag", he looked over our way with his mini entourage like he was gonna do something. Bahahaha.

The DE was okay

Getting Hunt was very good

As soon as I woke up from my 1 hour of sleep today and saw they drafted Bradley I laughed because I rememebr what IGY said about getting him.

I have forcibly removed the first pick from memory.

BigEd76

Even Kolb himself said he was shocked he was picked so early

Me, Sam Carchidi and the rest of the Penn Relays press room (also contained a very fat Reuben Frank) were shocked and stunned over the Eagles. By the way, all of Jamaica is in Philly for the weekend.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I got so depresed I actually turned on the Penn Relays.
