That sucks. He was the best guy for the job in my opinion. I'm really not so nuts about Merriweather. I don't think Beason or Branch make it to us.....so, uh, WR?

I knew they were going to take him because they had their pick in after like 4 minutes. If it was Quinn, they would have just taken him at 17. farg. Im not even pissed...just kind of depressed.

but wasn't Nelson more of a strictly FS? The Eagles really need a SS, I think next year is the year to go FS as Dawk still has at least 2 good years left.

I would rather see Dwayne Jarrett or Bowe than Meachem. If I were Dallas I would take Bowe.

I'm not going to be thrilled with any pick. I guess at this point Houston is the best possible pick but I'm not thrilled on it. I like Spencer too, but I really dont feel like getting a 5th DE. Maybe if Quinn is there at 26, trade the pick for Miami's two 2nd rounders and a later pick.
