Whoever was talking about Reggie Nelson "not being a good tackler," he doesnt wrap up as much as you'd like but absolutely kills people.


Maybe it's worth the trade off, but I've always hated how Sheppard often doesn't wrap up and just goes in shoulder first. He sometimes throws airballs. In the Eagles scheme with alot of man/free mixed coverages and Dawk often the last line of defense in centerfield, I think the FS needs to be an especially strong tackler, maybe more than any other position.

It isn't like Nelson is a bad tackler, but he's just a bit sloppy. If he's there at 26, he'll easily be the best impact player on defense.

That could be a money call right there.  Pair him up with Abraham (when he is oin the field).  I think the Falcons were short on pass rush last season.
