Wild Things was mentioned, I want to say by rjs. I'm too lazy to look.

I'm a little surprised I was the only one to mention Swingers in any shape or form.

I mentioned it.  I meant I was surprised no one else but me did.

I did too dumbass.

I mentioned it first, quickdraw.

Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

i believe it was bill simmoms who had the classic line about how since time has passed swingers has taken on brady anderson hitting 50 homers in a season porportions

so on point

the movie ceased becoming funny about five years ago and now that vince vaughn is 100 times funnier than he was in swingers its pretty much worthless
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

You're entitled to your opinion, but that movie will never grow old to me. Might be cause it hits home a little more with me than it does with some.

I disagree with that.  He was so money in Swingers... in fact, it wasn't until 7 years later in "Old School" that he even really attempted funny with any success again.

In fact, I don't think there's any way you can put Swingers out of Vince Vaughn's top 3 comedic performances of all time.

If there was ever a role tailor made for someone, it was Vaughn as Trent in Swingers. I can't think of a better fit with any actor ever. (although I'm sure there was)

MURP

Vaughn was great in  "Made."  Not a popular movie so most people have not seen it, but if you like Vince Vaughn humor you should check it out.

rjs246

Vince Vaugh was so goddamned annoying in Made that I accidentally kicked my dog in the eye while I was watching it.

"accidentally"

Your dog knows the truth, even if you won't admit it.

i wasnt even arguing whether swingers was in his top three comedic roles...however i will now and say he was funnier in the break up...old school...mr and mrs smith and of course wedding crashers which is the single best comedic performance ive ever seen...i laugh out loud just thinking about him in that movie

anwyay all i was really saying is that when i watch swingers now i dont laugh anymore....at all

then again im not a big comedy guy

Right.  Which proves how awesome "Fletch" is to crack your top 25.

You're severely underrating your unintentional comedic ability.

SunMo

Hot Fuzz - a little slow in the begining, and not as funny as it could've been...but the last 35 minutes totally makes up for that and turns it into a funny ass movie.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.
