Call It Now; Who Do You Want On Saturday?

Post up the top three players you most want the Eagles to select on Saturday in the first round. Or do you want them to trade back into the high second? Obviously they have no shot at guys like Calvin Johnson, Patrick Willis (who I would love to see here) or guys like that.

1. Brandon Meriweather - S
2. Reggie Nelson - S
3. Lawrence Timmons - LB

I wouldn't mind Moss...any DE who can get to QB, I'm cool with. But I really like Nelson, Meriweather and Timmons.

in general i want an influx of talent in the front seven...timmons i absolutely love as i did sims last year but hes not even on my mind cause one hes not gonna be there and two theres no chance they take him if he is...

so i guess timmons would be my first choice...but its not gonna happen

Timmons won't last to #26 and hoping the Eagles take a LB in the first round is

worthy.

Meriweather's past injuries and the shtein that happened on the field in the brawl undoubtedly concern Reid & Heckert, so he's out. That leaves Griffin & Nelson.

Either one would do nicely but I'd take Nelson just because I've seen him play more.

Personally, I want the Eagles to draft mini-Ditka. I'm already furious they're not going to.

I would say Timmons, but I don't think there is any way he'll be there past 22.

if they cant get one of merriweather....nelson...griffin...i dont think there is anything that says they gotta got db in round two...plus there isnt a safety i like at all in that round...if they cant grab one of the big three then i go front seven on defense...id love to get justin durant in the 2nd....he reminds me a lot of demeco ryans...

watch out tho for eric weddle in the second...hes an eagle type guy and is from utah
