I couldn't find anything out about the Young kid, and what I fould out about Bishop isn't encouraging:

Desmond Bishop/MLB/California: Bishop did nothing to dispel the belief that he is just a two-down linebacker. After running a pair of slow 40s which averaged almost 4.8-seconds, Bishop looked stiff and struggled to move in anything other than a straight line.

based on the birds 1st round experience, I wouldn't mind trading down for this type of player.  Since we need a (bigger) backup to Westy and a fullback (Davis and Tapeh are not the answer) Leonard may be a fit.  he blocks, he catchess, he runs...and he's RU!

Central Missouri's Toby Korrodi displayed his arm strength Sunday with the best throwing velocity of any quarterbacks. Korrodi's throws were measured at 63 mph. John Beck of Brigham Young University was second at 61.1, followed by Heisman Trophy winner Troy Smith of Ohio State, 58.5.

This was the first time the combine has tested velocity.

"I thought Toby Korrodi really helped himself,' said Rob Rang, senior analyst at NFL Draft Scout.com, who was among a delegation of observers allowed to watch the quarterbacks work out. "He had a strong arm and flashed accuracy. Some might have knocked him down because his completion percentage may not have been great, but a few of the misses that he threw were catchable drops, though perhaps thrown a bit too hard."

He's 6'4" and 230+lbs, but he is slow as hell. Ran the 40 in 5.2-5.3 from what I found.
