i'd be okay with curtis as well...even though they supposedly "can't afford" him either.

DGunn reported that the Eagles are going to bring in Chris Brown for a visit later this week and that he's ok in a role where he'd be backing up Westbrook.

Maybe he can play linebacker too.

Oh yea, another year another Levens/Guy from Rams/Buckhalter/Brown. All mediocre if not below average running backs who are wash ups, backing up a multi-threat running back. When is the offensive genius of this team going to go after a reliable/good back up? Ya know, lets spread westbrook out more than 3-4 times a game.  have a reliable back-up who can pound the ball between the tackles and have westy split running plays with the other back, and spread out in WR position when he's not running. or run some damn fakes.  he needs to be utilized more...i was looking forward last year to more plays with buck at HB and Westy in the slot. Didn't happen. Of course, run game didn't happen either.

where's Amp Lee when you need him?

Rumor has it that Kevin Curtis has narrowed down to the Titans and Vikings and both teams are offering roughly the same deal: 6 years, $30m total, $10m upfront to sign.

Frankly, considering the needs the Eagles have and the size of that contract, I hope they don't sign him.  I'd rather they sign or trade for defense and use money on that... or on extending L.J.

WIP reporting the Eagles are hosting RON DAYNE tomorrow.

Ugh. No thanks. At this point it would probably be better to draft a guy on the second day with slightly more intelligence than Moats.

I still think if he is there, they'll snag Bush in round 2. Which means they'll snag a tweener from San Jose State.

The BIGSTUD

At this point it is so laughable it is almost like they are doing this on purpose to spite the fans. Ron farging Dayne? You can't be serious. You'd rather have him than Dillon, Brown, or Buck even?

What the farg is going on?

Good... because this offseason hasn't been quite embarassing enough.
