i haven't understood the McGahee trade rumors since they started, what's going on in Buffalo?

I didn't get this either.  I'm not exactly following the Bills press, but I guess they just don't like the guy?  It's strange to me..they have Henry and piss him off by drafting gimpy McGahee on the chance that he recovers to form.  This he does, but Henry continues to be disgruntled along the way, so they move him, add Thomas...and now they're moving McGahee??  So they can add Dillon or Rhodes, or someone like that?

They either don't know what they're doing, or they just can't stand Willis, OR they don't value consistency at RB.

McGahee criticized the fans and management and said the team should be relocated to Toronto. He was also slapped with 2 or 3 paternity suits.

... or maybe they're trying to get something for him now because they know they can't resign him when he'll be able to command mega money after this season.

He sounds like a natural fit with the Ravens.

Schefter:

QuoteFree-agent WR Kevin Curtis is scheduled to visit the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday after he finishes up with the New York Giants.

The Philadelphia Eagles have signed free-agent wide receiver Bethel Johnson to a one-year contract.

Meh.

SD_Eagle5

If Stallworth isn't re-signed I'd rather the remaining cap go towards defense or a big RB. We don't need another 3rd receiver, we already have 3 of them on the roster.

Based on the money for which I've heard he's asking and the fact that the current non-Reggies on the roster are no better than #3's, I'd say Curtis would certainly be a starter.

SunMo

if they don't sign Stallworth, Curtis wouldn't be the worse thing ever to play opposite of Brown, depending what they pay him

Is it wrong i'd still rather have Stallworth.  I look at Curtis and wonder if it was all du2 a contract year?

So we signed Bethel Johnson? Wasn't he the fastest dook in the nfl at one point? Is he a shoe in for return guy? Kevin Curtis will be this years Jabar Gaffney. No thanks.
