Losing him and Hood = ignorant.

They have to bring James back.

Unless they're targeting a CB in the first round.  If that's the case then Hood & James are both expendable.

Good point.  #26 is a good place in the draft to get a sure thing.

You mean like Lito Sheppard?

Spadaro's article specifically mentions the following people:

Daniel Graham, TE
Cato June, LB
Donte' Stallworth, WR
Correll Buckhalter, RB
Ken Hamlin, S
Robaire Smith, DT

Can you feel the excitement?
If you aren't in the least bit excited about the Eagles signing Ken Hamlin you're retarded.

Actually I can, if we were to retain Stallworth and pick up Ken Hamlin, that would be lovely for this idiotic FO.

Also, on Comcast this morning they said that Rod Hood's agent said things are moving slowly and not to completely rule out a return to the Eagles.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

PoopyfaceMcGee

I'm not saying none of those names are at all exciting, but the fact that it's all the Eagles might even be considering is downright scary, and here's why:

1.  No real improvement at LB.  June to WIL and Gaither to MLB?  Keep Dhani?  Barf.
2.  No cornerback?
3.  Buck the only option at RB?
4.  We know Stallworth's gone.
5.  Getting Robaire Smith basically signals that they are very concerned about Bunkley ever being any good.

Hamlin's good.  Graham's good.  But I highly doubt the Eagles will outbid anyone for their services.

Great pickup for them. All the guy does is crank out yards.

Hamlin and Robaire Smith would be welcome pickups. How pathetic is it that we're talking about a DT pickup improving the team? Ugh.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

PFT is reporting that Randy McMichael will be released within the next two days.

I actually am excited about every namd on there besides Buck.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

QuoteWhy do you get so mad? Have the Eagles sucked or something? Do they screw up everything? Just because it hasn't worked enough to win a Super Bowl doesn't mean you stop trying. The Eagles are trying. You pick out one name and think you can throw money at a problem and it works. History says that isn't the case at all. The LBs have to be better. The Eagles have used a lot of high draft picks on LBs. Briggs was a third-round pick and you want to pay him $20 million now!

Ummm...

Is there anyone here who wouldn't pay Lance Briggs a contract worth 20 million dollars to sign with the Eagles?

Furthermore, is there anyone here who wouldn't say he's a better linebacker than anyone the Eagles have on the roster at the moment?

I sincerely hope this isn't indicative of the Eagles management's assessment of the LB corps.  Sweet Jesus...

So we should expect him to be arrested in 3 days for wife beating.
