maybe the judge will make Andy sign Stallworth before he'll sign off on any plea agreement

Thats bullshtein they aren't in a re-hab. If Andy really wanted to help them, thats were they would be. Thats were mine would be, kicking and screaming if need be.

Most good lawyers would advise them to enroll in a re-hab, it would look a lot better when they do go to court anyway.

I can't wait to see transcript from the hearing with the lawyers crying about how hard Andy's kids have had it.

If Andy really wanted to help them, he would have kicked them out of the house, denied them his money for the hotshot lawyers, and let them deal with the consequences of their actions as adults.  But he doesn't really want to help them.  He wants to protect and control them.  He's a weak man like that.

You're probably right, both of them are most likely undergoing some level of rehab, which requires some participation from the family.

it has to be...because otherwise like sun said it makes no sense to take just a month off

Let's hope that the re-hab is as good as the high money lawyer.

Where do you see that they are not? I can almost guarantee that they are already in some form of substance abuse counseling.

Based on what little is publically known, they really don't warrant inpatient treatment, but would probably put in some type of partial program where they are in treatment for about 8 hours per day & spend the rest with their family.

I'd say any time heroin is involved, it warrents in-patient treatment. It's a highly addictive hallucinogen.
