he didn't send the game, and now he is not a member of ebay anymore.  i'm going through their dispute process, but i paid with cashiers check, so i'm not sure if i'm covered the same way as if i would have paid using paypal.

I'm dealing with a fleshpophead buyer right now. I sold my copy of FEAR to this dude at an auction that ended 2 weeks ago today & I still haven't received payment. The thing that kills me, is that when I look at his feedback, he's bought stuff since & has had people comment what a fast payor he is.

I'm giving the little dork until Monday, then filing for non-payment.

In any Ebay sale I put up I always make the buyer use paypal and make it clear that payment must be recieved in 3 days.  I havnt had an issue yet.

The enemies never change? Well that sucks, I've played it for about 3 hours and its the same generic bad guys. They had one guy come out with shields and shtein - he was a little tough to kill, there was also some thing with goggles that was really fast but once you activated your special powers he was an easy kill. Did you try trading it in? That's what I plan on doing as soon as I beat it.
I'll have to check out Dead Rising, I love the plot of the game but my buddy told me you use 2 X 4s and stuff as your weapons and that finding stuff in the mall got confusing. Think I'll rent it.

Yeah, in FEAR, you're basically dealing with about 4 types enemies, not including these half-assed ghosts you fight at the end. I wanted to poop on the box & leave in front of EB Games as a warning to others.

As others have said, I don't bother trading games in any more (unless they're older & have no resale value).

In Dead Rising, you can basically use anything as a weapon: benches, flower pots, propane tanks, as well traditional weapons like chain saws, shotguns, submachine guns & katanas. There is also a lot of unlockable content, which gives it more of a replat value than some other games.

I picked up Saints Row, i like it in a i cant wait for GTA for 360.  If anyone has this, is there a way to bang hookers like GTA?

Thanks, I've sold about 35 items on Ebay & this is the first I had a problem. I definitely will be adding the timeline for payment from now on.

Be really careful with ebay. Only buy games on there from the big names that have thousands of positive feedbacks.

Been playing my ancient Super NES  system with my son. Super Mario Bros is still pretty damn cool and addictive. I might pick up a few titles for the old system for him. He's a video gamer in training. Gotta corrupt him right so I have someone to play video games with.

Tried the EBAY thing and bought Starfox cause I remember it being cool.
