pretty much agree with what most people have said

standard cookie cutter sports movie formula

wouldnt even have watched it were it not for the eagle angle

will never watch it again

so many people told me the fight song got butchered in the movie but it really didnt because the original first verse lyrics were fight eagles fight not fly eagles fly....and i thought they still were

Basically, I think the movie suffered from lack of character development a bit, as it's based on a short story. Also, the crown prince's performance was over-the-top and fairly bad.

However, it is an interesting story told in under 2 hours, and Jessica Biel actually manages to be a positive in the movie (ie: her looks overshadowed her acting, so it couldn't have been as bad as usual).

She was brilliant in the Blade: Trinity masterpiece. I believe she won an Oscar.

saw Pan's Labyrinth last night. I had heard good things, but it was better than i had expected. I'd give it an 8.5 out of 10. I'd like to see it a few more times.
