One of their die hards got jacked up and knocked 2 or 3 rows down as we were leaving at the end of the game.  I wish I had my camera turned on.

From: "Worst run franchise in football? "

QuoteWe make the playoffs and get a win in the playoffs last year. We have Super Bowl trophies sitting in our stadium and we are the franchise worth the most money. Yes we have not won a superbowl in a long time but what about the other teams that have never won a superbowl if that is your idea of success or what about the teams that our team owner is supporting due to revenue sharing. So now that I have covered two ideas of why we are not the worst run franchise what other ones do you have?

QuoteCards
Lions
49ers
Raiders
Texans
Browns
Bucs
Rams
Packers...

All those teams are in the same rut we're in...big deal some of them have ONE more win than we do...some dont. Only ONE went to the playoffs last year and oh by the way we BEAT them...none are going this year.

I guess the sky is falling on all these teams boards.

I would take THIS franchise over any of those teams franchises heading into next year. Call me crazy...call me a fan.

Never mind that the packers, rams, and bucs have won a superbowl in the past 10 years, the raiders made one, etc.....   Same rut as the skins

QuoteOh, and by the way, Joe Gibbs won more playoff games last year than Marty has in his entire tenure in San Diego. Gibbs may be a hasbeen, but Marty is and will continue to be a neverwas.

Yeah, the skins > the chargers

QuoteI would rather have a owner that is willing to put money into his team like ours rather than lets it players go like say like the Cardinals owner. Or maybe we should have an owner that could care less about chemistry sorta like the Raiders have. Or maybe we should have an owner like the CLeveland Browns have who just could care less about his team.

QuoteNo, you are absolutely right. In the big picture, the Skins are run better, and by that I mean more Superbowl victories, always competative, recovers quickly from salary cap mistakes, ect) . Currently, both teams suck. Good first post by the way. You made me proud.  I do like Lienert, he's gonna do a lot for the Cards.

I'm not from Philly but some say I'm blunt.

MDS

Could care less about team chemistry? How many different quarterbacks have they had? How many different head coaches, assistant coaches, coordinators, etc? Come on. I hate them.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

QuoteHello all.

My name is TK. And I have an ability that Blade, Om, Art, Henry, iheartskins, Jumbo, & Pete have as well. And that's the ability to ban you.

Now I know that most of you having read that are saying to yourself, 'No kidding'. And I know that. Which means this message most likely isn't for you. It's for the newer guys that don't know. And a few of the older folks that seem to have forgotten how to act towards one another.

So, here's what promted this.

I'm thinking that with the decline of civility towards each other lately, it's time to seperate the wheat from the chafe. And I'm going to tell you guys now, some of you just won't be missed at all. That fact alone should tell you a lot.

This isn't the first time we've done a membership purge. And I doubt it'll be the last. And I also know that some of you are saying 'It's about time'.

Besides last year, when was the last time they were competitive?

For the #1 pick in the draft?  Just about every year.

Note that the original author never claimed that the taterskins are always competitive. He claimed they were always "competative", a made-up word roughly meaning "retarded".
