You must have really loved it when Trotter did his signature Axe-Man celebration after finally getting to Dominic Rhodes!  :-D

all that was missing was a dhani air guitar lick after he held addai to a 7 yard gain.
lemonade was a popular drink and it still is

I spit bullets, and posted a sharply sarcastic comment to the game thread.  I'm sure that hurt Trotter's feelings when I did that.

Unreal.  The D had already given up 2 TD's to Addai at that point, getting GASHED for big yards on every run... and Trotter's dumb ass is celebrating a 2 yd loss.  :boom

I actually chuckled when the Colts linebacker did the chop after stopping Westbrook or Buck (forget which).

I caught that as well, and gave a little "hmph" when he did it.  It was hard to chuckle, cry, yell, or cheer when I was watching the game with zero emotion.

Football is much easier to take when you have no expectations.  I imagine taterskins' fans have known this for years.

ice grillin you

I thought that was basically a "shout-out" to McNabb.

i agree...because he did it half heartedly...he wasnt doing it to celebrate his touchdown..he didnt run full speed and do it and then pump his fist or do anything after he slammed the ball...

He shouldn't have even done that.  We closed the gap from 21 to 14.  Give the ball to the ref and get the hell off the field.

Not true.  While the rest of the football world hasn't had any expectations for the Skins at any time over the last 6 years, taterskins fans have gone into every season expecting to win.  That's the thing that makes them so easy to point and laugh at.  They're like a little kid who finally finds out that Santa Claus isn't real but for reasons unknown, choses to believe in him again the following Christmas.  And the year after that.  And the year after that.  Etc, etc.

i have no problem giving props to donny...im sure lj told him ahead of time if i score that will be for you...whats he not gonna do it because they are losing when he scored

This is very true.  Yesterday was the start of their road to the playoffs.   :-D

Not celebrate when we're getting our asses kicked by 14 and the defense hasn't even shown that they're interested in stopping the Colts?  Yeah.

I'm not even so sure that was for Donovan.  I mean, outside of Chicago in the 2002 playoffs... when does he even do that celebration?  I could see if LJ busted out the moonwalk or something like that, but... whatever.

I didn't really care that much about it anyway... I was thinking more about the fact that we had avoided the shutout... I just thought it was dumb to do when we were getting blown out.

im not sure either...but it makes sense if you think about it

and like i said if he had run full speed over there and did a reverse jam and then some sort of dance id be like what an idiot...but watch it again...hes goes over real slow and kind just tosses over the crossbar...then almost looks sad when he lands and starts walking back to the sideline...imo it clearly wasnt an end zone celebration of any kind
