good qb, yeah... no ones denied that.  he's also a leader of this team, and in that department he's failed miserably.  until he wins something he'll continue to hear stupid shtein being thrown in his direction. especially when he lets it be well known that it bothers him.  even when he was healthy it was obvious this team wasn't going anywhere this year.  and now that he's gone it's a foregone conclusion.

Do you think Peyton Manning hears the same shtein that Donovan hears in Philly? Considering that Peyton has been in the league longer, has more talent surrounding him year in and year out, and yet has never won the 'big game' nevermind ever even getting the opportunity to play in the Super Bowl.

Yet, everyone embraces Manning because he puts up great numbers in the regular season. Nevermind that he lays a big egg every year in the playoffs.

i'm pretty sure mannings likely to hear unwelcomed comments in his direction.  i'm sure he's even been *gasp* booed once or twice before.  i'm pretty sure i've never heard him cry about it.  and both of them have won the same thing.  nothing.

This team sucks. Literally, sucks. They are terrible. Top to bottom. Can't catch. Can't tackle. Can't block. Fundamentals blow. Play calling is pathetic. Just a bad team.

Never gonna happen, but they need to fire Andy. Need a change. Come and blow things up. It's really over with this group. Continually putting band-aid's on the team isn't gonna work. McNabb is as good of a QB as you will find, no need to change there. But at this point, you need to get an expensive backup. Someone who can win long term. I hate this. farg me why do I care.

What the farg are you talking about. I'll happily stand by my assertion that he's a choker. He's choked in every big game he's ever played. Does that mean he will always choke? No. But if it will untwist your douchey little panties I'll gladly remove the 'so far'. Dumbfarg.

so far is right.  the guy could've led this team to at least one title already.. he has the physical skills to do so.  if he only didn't need to use that thing called a head.  it's evident he doesn't have the leadership skills to have his team ready to play week in and week out, and especially so in big games.  now he's out for a prolonged period of time for the 3rd time in 5 years.  the team wasn't playing that great with him in there.. the seasons over and they still haven't won shtein, and probably won't next year either.

i didn't blame it all on him.  originally i was saying i don't feel sorry for someone who's still bitching about getting booed 8 years ago when his team plays like it has all year.  he does have a large part of it on his shoulders.  thanks for noticing though, retard.

Show me where McNabb consistently bitches and moans about his 'booing'. You rarely ever hear him say anything about it. Just because his parents can't let it go doesn't necessarily mean he still holds bad blood about it. Parents are never going to understand it, so who fargin' cares what they think.

All I'm saying is that McNabb has faced a crapload of more criticism and cynicism in his 8 years than Manning has in his 9 or 10, yet both have exactly the same number of titles -- zip. McNabb at least played in the big game and at least the Eagles have an NFC championship over that span. Manning can't say the same.

Does this excuse Donovan? No, he had opportunities to win a title and hasn't. However, if you're in Donovan's position and you're consistently getting ripped apart every week because everyone that surrounds you are a bunch of Hoydas, I don't think it is exactly fair when QB's like Manning are lauded and they haven't done jack shtein, or even has as great of a playoff record as McNabb has.

I think it was proven today that McNabb's hot throws aren't exactly the problem. Our zesty receivers can't even catch a softball from Garthia.

The problem is that he still brings it up AT ALL and even talks about 'forgiving but never forgetting' in interviews. farging let it go, dude. It was almost a decade ago. And on top of that, the guy who organized the whole event has apologized. It's farging dead and gone and he still manages to work it into interviews. Unreal.

McNabb brings this up? Not the ever intrusive interviewers/media, who focuses on personal issues more than the player on the field. Not when countless others have unfairly judged the type of player/person he is. Put yourself in this guys shoes. Does he deserve even a quarter of the shtein he has taken since being drafted?

The arguement is pointless nobody knows if he does or doesn't. That shouldn't matter to us as fans. All I care about is what he does on the field. If the media didn't paint pictures no one would give a shtein...the fact is the Eagles season is over as of now and McNabb should be the last person to be pointing at for the way this season went.
