You're thinking too far into it.

Just laugh when you think something's funny.  The last thing you need to be worried about is what some other folks think is funny.   You paid your money to be there just like they did.  If they all laugh when you do... cool.  If not... cool.

Borat- saw it on bootleg. bad video quality, and couldnt read most of the subtitles. but....it was still extreamly funny. some parts were hit and miss, but for the most part, this was terrific stuff. the whole thing with the jews bed and breakfast, his naked fight with azamat (69ing a fat man is quite funny)....just some great great stuff. also his butchering of the national anthem at a rodeo was amazing. overall,  but it's not "the funniest movie ever."

i dont know what it is but i have no desire whatsoever to see the departed....probably because i hate boston with all the fiber in my being...and i cant see dicaprio as a hood...in general tho there is just an overall bad vibe that movie gives me
