My post was misunderstood anyway. I never meant that 4-3 is acceptable. It is not at all. I meant that 4-3 time to move on and look forward to 5-3. Which we will be after next week.

Agreed.  We needed to be at worst, 6-2 going into the bye.  Now, 4-4 is very possible.

The 61 yard FG is just unbelieveable...I mean christ...who the farg can hit that on a good day?  Akers, maybe...maybe Morton Andersen in his prime...some farging scab that will be out of the league in a couple years beat the Eagles today. 

As someone else already said...its just not meant to be this year.  You cannot lose three games the way the Eagles have lost them and expect to do anything.

I knew that kick would be good because it seemed like the wind was blowing that way all game long.   Both kickers were putting the ball out of the endzone on kickoffs when kicking that direction.

I really think that if Gradkowski was not the OB, Gruden would have gone for the end zone.  It didn't look like he wanted to go for the FG.

You know what is amazing? I'll give Matt Bryant that field goal and I bet he doesn't make it 99 out of 100 times. Especially under those circumstances with the game being on the line and his team struggling. Today, though somehow he makes it.
