the bills granted his request to be released.  I can't imagine he would command too much money from most teams, and he would be a good asset as a back up in case of injuries in the secondary.  He already knows the D.  He's a stallwort amongst philly fans.  I may be asking for too much, but I think it might just be meant to be.  I'll put him in my wish list before we get to the horribly rotten evil death trap of our schedule.  thoughts?

Don Ho

Not out of the realm.  I could see this happening.  What does he have left though?  He wouldn't be playing a whole lot so that might help his cause.  Lito, Sheldon, Hanson, Wynn, Hood at CB.  Do birds put Vincent at S?

Who would they cut to bring him in?  I guess the only player would be Hanson.  At this point though how much does Troy really have left?

Hanson was matched up against TO for most of the Dallas game and held his own, he's come around. Love Troy but he's old and probably wouldn't fit unless it was as a backup safety.

If only there was a place where we talked about players not on the Eagles....  If there was such a magical place, I bet we would've touched on this very topic.

Considering Mike Lewis has been completely lost in coverage this season, I would strongly consider it.

No.

Who do you cut? You're going to have to cut a safety because that is where Troy plays now.

Going to cut Mikell? No way. Too important to STs
Going to cut Considine? Negative.
Dawkins? Ha.
Lewis? Nope.

And if you cut another player (Mahe) then you still have a problem because then you have to dress 5 safeties. Or you have to not dress a corner (Hanson or Wynn) and both of those guys are playing well in their respective roles.

So, no.

MURP

wouldnt sign him unless one of the current safeties gets injured.

Diomedes

If he doesn't get signed elsewhere, and someone in the secondary goes down, sure.

Otherwise, no.
