How do we know that Howard hasn't been juicing? I would submit that we don't.

This sounds stupid but you can tell the difference between someone who juices and someone who doesn't.

i assume he is. just as i assume most of the players do.

HGH is undetectable without a bloodtest as well as other performance enhancers, and blood tests arent allowed by the union.

i for one dont care if he's juicing...at least someone on the phils is finally getting in on the action

HGH really isn't that effective unless taken with a steroid. And I highly doubt he's taking that either.

howards doing this his first full year.   sosa, mcguire, and bonds did their damage towards the end of their careers, after they went from twigs to the incredible hulk.  then they all for no apparant reason just broke down and fell apart.  i wonder why. 

either way, i think howard will eventually break the new mark.
