My cousin had to drive home that night.

I left a great pile of puke somewhere on the Schuykill. and when I was pissing after I puked a state trooper goes by on the east bound side and I waved at him.

I think most state troopers have more serious traffic and non-traffic violations to chase down than a drunk guy exposing himself and leaving various bodily excretions on the Schuylkill.

Plus, most of them have probably done it themselves.
