I'll be going a lot this month, hopefully. I can't believe I'm buying into this crap again.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

5-1 Phils going into the bottom of the 9th.

Hamels had a great game...lets hope Rhodes doesn't farg it up.

Rhodes is rock solid with the save, only facing the minimum 3 batters.

Reds and Padres play each other again tonight, right?

I can't believe this team is actually right there in the playoff hunt again.  It reflects poorly on the league in general.

Thats why I don't get all this Girardi for Manager of the Year talk.  Any other year and the Marlins would be so far out of the wildcard Girardi would have been canned by now.  Randolph's team is the only one that has performed from start to finish.

People (ESPN radio) have even mentioned Cholly as MOY if the Phils win the WC.

You think a rookie manager would be fired in his first year as a manager and with a record amount of rookie players on his team?

He is the manager who told his owner to sit down and shut up during a game.  Look it up, you are sure to find something on it if you care to.

That line threw me off.  I thought you were implying he was doing a bad job with the group he has.

Willie Randolph is the NL Manager of the year, Jim Leyland the AL Manager of the year. These are facts, or should be.

I'd contest that a dead pigeon could have won the NL East with the Mets this year.

Looks like the Reds are about to get swept in LA.  Florida and San Francisco lost, and San Diego is off on Thursday, so a sweep of Washington would leave us tied for the wildcard lead on September 1.

Another solid game tonight. Nice to see Colbert bounce back after getting trashed in Wrigley last time. Let's hope Randy Wolf keeps it going.

And Girardi is done. Loria is an idiot. Girardi will replace Dusty in Chicago and the rumor is that the Marlins next manager will be Braves 3B coach Fredi Gonzalez.
