I'd contend that any Eagles "fans" not drunk for the Super Bowl are just that... "fans" with the quotes.

I was so drunk when I woke up the next morning I couldn't remember if they won or lost. What a zesty morning that turned out to be....

I was obliterated but remember him having close to 100 yards

There's no way in hell.

Firing Squad would be my preference for Dhani. I would want to see Mahe in full pads and helmet, get a handoff and run into a mind field.

Parry, you can just cut. I have no problems with the dude.

SAYONARA, STINKSTON :-D

Less than 24 hours after ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli posted a puff piece regarding "news" that the Philadelphia Eagles have given receiver Todd Pinkston and his agent Joel Segal permission to seek a trade, the Eagles have made the process far easier for Segal.

By cutting Pinkston.

On Wednesday morning, the Eagles released Pinkston and quarterback Koy Detmer.

The Eagles also have re-signed quarterback A.J. Feeley, who was traded two years ago to the Dolphins for a second-round draft pick.  Feeley was recently released by the Chargers.

The return of Feeley calls into question, in our view, the status of Jeff Garcia, who was signed in the offseason to be Donovan McNabb's primary backup.  ???

Pinkston had 4 catches for 82 yards in the Super Bowl.  Color me surprised.

at least i can remember the game
that's why i taped it, in case something was 'hazy' with my memory, but all i had to remember was they lost.

I was buzzing, but not piss drunk. That was what happened afterwards. The plan was I'd be either crying in my beer or celebrating by abusing my liver.

I learned my lesson about getting shteinfaced before games. Beermonkey, Eaglez and SDEagle remember the Rams game in 2002 well. That was the time SD_Eagle fell down the steps on his ass, got up and performed a nice E-A-G-L-E-S...EAGLES!! chant (judges scored it 10 all around except for the French judge. She gave it a 6.5). I was so farged up I barely remember anything. I didn't realize ND Kalu had 4 sacks until it was on the Phanavision at the end. I only remember Bobby T INT TD.

*ding*

But even when I re-watched it sober, I don't remember Pinkston making any kind of actual positive impact.

im all for getting drunk, it's one of my favorite things, but i just don't do it during Eagles games.

That could be called admirable in some ways, I guess.

I refuse to re-watch that game. Much like Jaws never re-watching the OAK SB I won't ever watch that again
