Not one person has replaced Pinky. They have been rotating guys in there. Baskett, Lewis and Gaffney all rotate between Pinky's spot and the slot.

This is where we need Todd Pinkston because Greg showed last year that he cannot win the jump balls.

Wrong.  Pinkston is shtein and probably finished.  He lost his elite speed and can't even run properly.

This team needs a new deep threat.  Pinkston's farging toast.

i agree even if pinky makes it thru the season which i dont think has any chance of happening hes gonna be a non factor.....he wasnt that good before the achilles and is basically worthless now...id almost rather take my chances with baskett or avant

the wr's are just a train wreck

i cant even count the number of times over the weekend that the eagle quarterbacks had to pull in the ball because no one could get open

being there and watching those clowns made me even more sick over how vanilla they are....unless reggie brown is the next chad johnson as phreak says (which im sure is possible but not something im counting on) this offense is in trouble

Oakland wants high picks and Porter is supposedly a "mini-TO", God knows I would love it if we went after him, but I seriously doubt it.

Given the WRs we're looking at, I really couldn't fault the FO if they just went out and got BOTH Lelie and Porter.  Just pay for them, cut Pinkston and Lewis..and see what happens.  I'm not Lelie fan, and Porter has shown a tendency toward icehole, but the team needs WRs.  They are both inarguably better than Lewis and Pinkston.

Spend some goddamned money.  And pay Bunkley, for farg sake.

After hearing an excerpt from Jeffy's state of the Eagles address on NFL radio this evening he didn't seem to concerned about Bunkley.  And as far as adding a guy like Porter after the TO deal last season you can forget about that from his comments.

I agree, but the FO probably does not at least with a guy like Porter.  Lelie is a different story.
